  • Access customer support and logistics assistance

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services to ship prohibited, illegal, or hazardous goods
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or accounts
  • Promptly notify us of any errors or discrepancies in your shipment details
  • Make payments in full and on time as required for your shipment to be processed

4. Payment Terms

All fees and charges for our services are due and payable as communicated to you during the shipping process. We accept payments via bank transfer, cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH), CashApp, Zelle, and Venmo. Payments must be verified before shipments are released or resumed. Elite Haul Expres reserves the right to hold or suspend shipments pending receipt of full payment.

4.1 Non-Payment

Failure to make required payments may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of your shipment. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by non-payment.

4.2 Refund Policy

All payments made are generally non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched or processing has begun. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship or attempt to ship any of the following prohibited items through our services:

  • Customs seizure or government intervention
